Denver Bladesmith Heather Haas for Food & Wine Magazine

“Our job is so theatrical, yet we use crappy $12 serrated knives to cut citrus,” she Heather J. Haas, a former top Denver bartender now turned bladesmith. Haas is working to become one of just five female Master Bladesmiths in the world. With her bartending career a thing of the past, she is now focusing on making gorgeous, drool-worthy bar cutlery in order to elevate the bar experience. Shot for Food & Wine, March 2019.
